There are 5 levels of sales management, which is easily 3 too many. The top couple of levels pre record their speeches to the masses which is weak considering how much they make. The bottom 3 levels mainly misinterpret spreadsheets and repeat past mistakes. Luckily, you don't need management to sell a commodity.
