My overall experience was pretty good with DocuSign. Like most large orgs a lot of your success depends on timing, territory and vertical. Unfortunately for me my timing and vertical wasn’t ideal. The timing also coincided with the back half of the pandemic when the companies overall fit in the market started to dip.

My overall experience was good. The initial ramp was generous at three months. The teams were broken up into smaller groups. The help was there when I asked for it. There wasn't a lot of transparency from leadership.
