Love working at DocuSign! The base and OTE may begin on the lower side, but if you achieve your target on a consistent basis they will reward you with a raise in salary and commission structure + more RSUs

Sales org with poor leadership and recurring internal fight for juicy accounts. Not surprised that the Rep av. length is +/- 1 .5 Yr. Push back culture across multiple teams that overload AE's daily tasks with no rev gen activities to sort that impact on personal sales targets
