Poor leadership communication, and there is absolutely no diversity in the NGSA program. Everyone hired is from the same schools, and generally white. Not to mention a ton of them are through referrals. The NGSA program develops talent really well, but because of the poor pay and lack of effort in communicating with employees, it ends up being a breeding ground for frustration.

The senior leadership was the absolute worst. They operated in an echo chamber. My direct manager was terrific, incredibly supportive, and did an amazing job blocking out most of the BS from above.
