The SDR role at Cvent is very dependent on where you are placed. As an outbound SDR on the Mid-Market team i am expected to source opportunities solely from cold leads and prospecting. Overall the company and environment is decent, but the OTE they tell you is a lie, and the base is also a bit of a “loophole”. It’s low and not worth the amount of work you do
